    I’m curious, what are better; resistance bands or weights? I want to do a mixture of both, but want to know what you prefer between these two. I think resistance bands would be a bit easier, but weights will be tougher for a novice like myself. Which do you suggest for a noob like myself?

    I want to do both either way, just want to know what is the overall better took to gain muscle.

    Both are great options for building muscle. From my understanding, you can gain more lean muscle from doing resistance bands vs weights. Not 100% sure I’m correct on that, so keep that in mind.

    The big plus with resistance bands is that it saves you from having to hold a heavy weight. With weights you will probably get a better workout, but it will also be tough to do compared to resistance bands.

    Weights are better for building muscles. I have never tried resistance bands but I think they help with muscle definition. For building mass, weights are required. Later on, you may use both for better results.
