Anyone here do the carnivore diet yet? I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about the carnivore diet, and hear all you do is eat mostly meat. Is that true?
I may change over to that diet soon, as I’m probably ready to make some changes and try a different diet.
I think the diet is good for most people, but it is just incredibly hard to stick to, and you have to do it right.
I’ve read that grass-fed beef (expensive, I know) and eggs are two of the best things you can eat on the carnivore diet, and that taking supplements (to make sure you are getting all your vitamins and minerals) is also smart.
