I love doing push-ups, especially since it helps build my shoulders and arm muscles, but also helps work my core as well. It gets so much done in such a small motion. I have to give it the respect it deserves.
But seriously, simple push-ups work wonders on building muscle and arm definition.
I have tried them but they don’t seem to be doing enough for me. I think my form may be off or I am not eating the right foods to actually put on more muscle. I have never been a big guy in terms of build. I was always skinny fat. I would like to get my biceps up a good 3 inches.
