I’m a 24 years old girl, 158 cm and 41KM. am thin and petite but my problem is that I have no fitness at all I get exhausted when I run or walk long distances… and I Don’t have time to go to the gym as I work and go to college. I need a daily fitness program that I can do daily and fit my entire schedule and yes I have a treadmill at home …

You can increase your stamina gradually. Start by walking the last mile or a couple of miles to college. On treadmill, you can walk 1-2 miles per day and increase the distance by 10% every week. Once you build some stamina, you can try to increase the grade (incline) if your treadmill has that option.

I would start by trying to do a light jog (4 to 5 mph, or like 7 kph) on your treadmill for about half a mile or about 1 kilometer. If you get winded, lower the speed to a brisk walk so you can recover, then go back up to a light jog again until you reach that half mile point. Keep doing this until you can jog the entire half mile without slowing down, then gradually increase the distance.
