I am new here and new to working out really. I started focusing on getting in better shape last year when I hit 30. Since then, I have lost 50 pounds with a little left to lose but I want to focus on getting definition in my stomach, back, and adding bulk to my arms. Hoping to get some advice here and learn a thing or two about proper fitness.
