    My friend tells me that eggs are high in protein and are very healthy to eat. He suggest I start eating more eggs through the day. How much eggs should we eat daily? I like eggs, so that shouldn’t be a problem for me. Any suggestions of good egg recipes?

    Eggs are high in protein, and high in vitamins and minerals, from B, C, D, E, K. It’s something I highly recommend eating. And you can eat a lot of it too.

    There’s health benefits to eating it as well, as it can help lower high blood pressure.

    Eggs are great and highly recommended. There’s a lot of misinformation about eggs. Some say it’s bad, others say eggs are super healthy. I’m with the others when they say eggs are super healthy. Because they are. Like Jerry said above, eggs are high in protein, vitamins and minerals. I eat eggs daily, every morning to be exact. It makes for a great breakfast.

    Your friend is right. Eggs are a very complete meal, but best options are raw and hard.
    Fried eggs need some extra fat.

    I think eggs are a great food. They provide protein, fat, and plenty of vitamins and are both relatively cheap and easy to cook. From what I’ve read, the cholesterol in eggs is not nearly as bad for you as once thought.
