I want a good diet to lose the extra fat I have and build muscle, I m 16 at 5ft 8in and weigh 177lbs. I work with my dad in construction so I burn a lot of calories there, I know that when you’re trying to build muscle you are supposed to eat 5-6 times a day every 3 hours or so but I don’t have the chance to do that because of my job so I want I diet that I can follow my time, where I want to focus on building muscle in my torso, like my chest, abs and arms so if you could let me know of some good exercises for that I would really appreciate it.
