Do you prefer cardio workout or weight training? I do a mix of both – 4 days of weight training and 2 day of cardio per week. I am sure if you are looking to build more muscles then cardio would take a backseat but let’s share our preferences and see who wins.
I am only into weight training as I have been using it to reduce weight and build muscles. However, I am planning to include cardio in my workout schedule. It will help me in increasing stamina.
I mainly do cardio and performance-based athletic exercise (e.g. hitting a punching bag or running sprints) as I do not want to gain too much bulk. Though in the future, I will probably hit the weights more and put on about 15-20 pounds of muscle.
