    How often do you workout on your abs? I do it twice a week but will soon be doing thrice a week. Is it wise to do it on a daily basis after working out on the regular muscle groups?

    I only started recently. I don’t have a set schedule or an actual routine workout planned. I have been just doing what I know of 2 to 3 times a week but I want to take it more seriously to see some results.

    If you are looking to get tight abs, I recommend getting one of those huge exercise balls, a couple light weights (e.g., 15 lbs) and a book or video (or taking a class) about how to utilize the exercise ball for your ab workout.

    Depends on the intensity. Everyday if is light workout and once every 2-3 days if is heavy. Best is to have many different types work out everyday to make sure all the abs muscles are used.

    every day, ab/stomache muscles are amongst the fastest muscles of the body to recoup and recover, sometime like three times faster than other muscles of the body, as such you can work them twice daily and be fine as opposed to once every other day

    Three times a week for 20 mins a day i suggest monday wednesday and friday then take the weekend off and start all over again

    Three days a week, I could do it daily, but need time for other training other muscles

    I rarely do ab work, but only because I HATE working my abs.

    I need to train them more often, I think twice a week is a good starting amount.
