Okay, so I’m a pretty skinny guy, I weigh between 105, and 120, it fluctuates A LOT depending on my level of activity, and what I eat. I’ve got a ridiculously high metabolism, and it doesn’t help that I’m super lazy. Asthma is also something that keeps me from exercising much, I get winded, awfully quick.
Okay, so here’s my question. What is an alternative method for making muscle and weight without protein powder? I’m looking for a relatively simple way to modify my diet, and lifestyle, which will help me look a little less like a death camp inmate. I don’t have much money either, so something relatively cheap would be appreciated as well.
