I’m 5″3 and weigh 123lbs. 2 weeks ago, I’ve started changing my eating habits to include more vegetables, fruits & exclude all forms of fast food & fried food. my goal is to go down to 110lbs but I’m only losing 2lbs/ week. How can I speed up my weight loss?
There is no one way to really speed it up, it depends on your body and what you are doing. Considering you are 5’3 and 123 pounds, you are at a healthy weight already so losing another 13 pounds is going to be harder and take longer.
