This relates to diet as well, but I feel like it belongs in the Weight Loss category.
Have any of you tried intermittent fasting before? What version of the diet routine have you tried, and was it successful at helping you lose weight?
I have never really been overweight, but I have tried intermittent fasting (fast for 16 hours, eat in an 8 hour window) for a short period of time and I lost weight quickly. It is very hard to stick to the routine, but I think it’s a great way to lose weight fast.
