Do you prefer to exercise in the morning or evening? I prefer morning workout as my job finishes in the evening. However, a lot of my friends go to the gym in the evening.

I prefer morning as well. I like to start right after I wake up. It’s usually the best time, as you should be burning actual fat instead of water weight and so on. Also, I hear your metabolism is working better in the morning as well, so that helps with weight loss as well.

I used to do my workouts in the afternoon, but found I got tired faster for some reason.

Morning normally but thanks to work and my horrible sleep, it has become a nightmare to get up and do it. I started exercising after dinner now and while I don’t enjoy it as much, it is better than nothing.

It is good to do it in the morning. Aside from burning calories, you are warming up your body for a long day and promotes good blood circulation thus giving you a better concentration. It also gives your body ti recuperate at night.

I think it matters depending on what results you expect. If you want to lose fat, the best time to exercise is in the morning.

I usually work out in the afternoon or evening, but that’s really because I am not a morning person haha. It takes me a while to wake up before I can really do intense exercise/lifting.

Morning, I prefer the evening for relaxing.
Also for some reason I get motivated easier in the morning, and the weather is better for working out

Seems like most people workout in the morning. Is that when you all have the most energy? I feel like my energy levels peak in the afternoon.
