Some people say nuts are great for protein and healthy fats but others say they just end up making you fat. I am trying to increase my protein without gaining fat weight from it. I am not sure if nuts should be included in my diet or not.
I have always heard that they contain omega fats, also they are tasty, I like them.
But if someone has some reliable source that can give us info about some cons of eating nuts, I wanna check it.
