Do you include any superfoods in your diet for staying healthy? I occasionally eat blueberries and avocados. Are these so called superfoods really beneficial or just a hype?
Blueberries are considered really good. Same with walnuts, chia seeds, wheatgrass, and many others. It really depends on your diet. I think superfoods are called that because they pack a lot of nutrition into a small amount of food.
