Has anyone here tried doing the keto diet? I’ve been hearing great things about the keto diet, but am not sure if it’s for me yet. I hear it’s a diet high in fat and low carbs. I even heard it was meant for people with epilepsy, not sure how that is, but that’s what I heard.
Do you think someone who is obese would benefit from doing keto?
I lost 30 pounds on it myself but started feeling sick after a while so I switched my diet to a slow-carb one instead. You basically eat nothing but vegetables, meat, and fat on the keto diet. It is hard to stick to in my opinion but it does work for most people. I just wouldn’t go on it long term. Like no longer than 6 months without taking a few months off.
