    I’m thinking of wearing ankle weights daily starting tomorrow. I figure it’ll help me burn some extra calories, and I’m all for burning more of those. I would also like to get wrist weights as well, to see if I can handle that too. Do they make something like that?

    Maybe I’ll just add weights all over my body to give me an extra workout during the day.

    Interesting idea, would definitely help you burn some extra calories.

    I currently wear steel toes at my job, so I feel like every step I take I am burning a little bit more calories than normal haha.

    I would like to do it, not so much to burn calories, but to strengthen my legs, but I dont know if would be effective or would be overtraining

    @johndz I think it may hinder your recovery if you regularly train your legs anyways. But if you don’t work your legs much, it could be good for building muscular endurance in your legs.
