One thing I like to do is weekly weigh-ins. Usually on Sunday I will check how much I weigh, and then mark it on my calendar. I’ve been doing this for a year now, and I feel it adds a lot to the process and makes it a fun occurrence every week to see what I’m down to.
My weight currently is 337 pounds. I was at 390 when I started. Once I saw 400 was nearly hit, I had to do something. The weekly weigh-ins help a lot, as it gives me a challenge for the week.
I started weighing myself daily but ended up only weighing myself every 2 weeks now. I find that my weight shifts up and down depending on what I eat and drink so the 2-week gap is the most realistic evidence of my hard work.
