    You sound like you are doing a great start. Just don’t forget to strength train 2 days a week. As you lose the body fat you are going to want your muscles shaping your body.

    Have you tried holding plank position for core work. plank is push up position but just hold it. there are several variations. plank with forearms on the ground. plank with feet on a stability ball this is really hard and requires a lot of core muscles to hold you in position.

    This is dependent on your age for a start as too much impact, for example running on road can give you possible shin splints and knee joint problems

    Three times a week for 20 mins a day i suggest monday wednesday and friday then take the weekend off and start all over again

    On the upside, they’re cheap and their equipment is decent. On the downside they cater to LGBT special interests and allow men to use the womens locker room and bathroom. They also cater to people want to feel good about going to the gym but don’t really want to workout.

    I think it matters depending on what results you expect. If you want to lose fat, the best time to exercise is in the morning.

    Yes it will work on you, the ads just talk more about weight loss because there are more people who want to lose weight, so that’s who they market it to.
