    If you want to burn body fat, simply decrease portion sizes of your food such that your daily intake is 500 calories less than your daily burn rate.

That number much is less than the amount of calories in a single serving of soda or coffee.

    yes and no. Planks strengthen the core by using the muscles as stabilizers. abs low back obliques glutes shoulders hamstrings. You have 27 muscles that make your core. You must move your mid section in 6 different directions to contract and strengthen these muscles.

    every day, ab/stomache muscles are amongst the fastest muscles of the body to recoup and recover, sometime like three times faster than other muscles of the body, as such you can work them twice daily and be fine as opposed to once every other day

    I never heard of planet fitness. I go to the gym at the hospital. They don’t discriminate. You could be healthy, fat, fit, dying, black, white, green or whatever, doesn’t matter. That’s what i love about it.

    The bowflex will work if you are trying to tone up and burn fat. if youre looking to build mass and bulk up its not going to help much. that would take free weights. but if youre just looking to get back in shape then yes bowflex WILL work if you have a good diet with it.
