I do it often with some clients – The biggest benefit is that you burn more calories because of the increased intensity. They are also just more fun – more variety and less repetitive.
It’s a very rewarding career – but be aware that you not only have to be good at and enjoy fitness but you also have to be a good marketer – You’ve got to be able to sell yourself to potential clients and gyms! Theres also heaps of competition out there so you’ve got to be able to make yourself stand out from the crowd.
We’ll be hosting regular meet-ups so if you can’t make it don’t stress, I’m thinking the next one will be in June. Any ideas on location let me know! We chose Natural Kitchen for this meet-up simply because it’s 1 minute from my gym 😉
