I’ve heard of it, but I don’t know if it’s something I’d recommend to everyone. It’s been known to work for some, while others not so much.
If you want to try, there no better time then now. I’d say give it a try and see if doing omad is right for you. I know people who have done it for a while and have had success, but I also know people who tried it and gave up pretty fast.
I probably wouldn’t do it if you’re working out a lot. You’d probably want to eat a bit more than one meal a day.
