    I did p90, p90x, insanity, and body beast under the beachbody umbrella. The p90 series is one of my favorites, as it was easy to get into, but also was still a challenge.

    I say give it a try and see if it’s something for you. Can’t hurt to try.

    I’ve heard of it, but I don’t know if it’s something I’d recommend to everyone. It’s been known to work for some, while others not so much.

    If you want to try, there no better time then now. I’d say give it a try and see if doing omad is right for you. I know people who have done it for a while and have had success, but I also know people who tried it and gave up pretty fast.

    I probably wouldn’t do it if you’re working out a lot. You’d probably want to eat a bit more than one meal a day.

    Both are great options for building muscle. From my understanding, you can gain more lean muscle from doing resistance bands vs weights. Not 100% sure I’m correct on that, so keep that in mind.

    The big plus with resistance bands is that it saves you from having to hold a heavy weight. With weights you will probably get a better workout, but it will also be tough to do compared to resistance bands.

    Good on you, getting rid of stuff like pop is a good step forward to better health. Continue to make these changes as you gradually go along. It will be tough, but I believe you’ll do just fine. Please keep us updated. 🙂
