My main goal is to reduce weight and build muscles. I have already lost around 7 kgs and plan to do a 3-4 kgs more. After that I will start aerobics to strengthen my core.
I am only into weight training as I have been using it to reduce weight and build muscles. However, I am planning to include cardio in my workout schedule. It will help me in increasing stamina.
Weights are better for building muscles. I have never tried resistance bands but I think they help with muscle definition. For building mass, weights are required. Later on, you may use both for better results.
