Swimming is a good low impact workout you can do that won’t bother your knees. Step-ups is also good for your knees, helps build those muscles around the knees. Also, I highly recommend trying Yogo, it can be a lifesaver for some with bad knees. Squats are also low impact on the knees.

Eggs are high in protein, and high in vitamins and minerals, from B, C, D, E, K. It’s something I highly recommend eating. And you can eat a lot of it too.

There’s health benefits to eating it as well, as it can help lower high blood pressure.

This may be late, but please do not put bleach on any open wounds. Bleach is not good for humans at all. It can be used for cleaning stuff, and so on, but please don’t put it on your skin or on any open wounds.

Is the wound open because you had surgery recently? Why do you have an open wound? If anything, I’d recommend going to see your doctor asap about this. It’s likely infected.

I can’t see it hurting to try. Bowflex makes all kinds of weight machines. I used to own one, but they do take up a lot of space. I would recommend cardio and other such things before doing weight training. A bowflex is good for gaining some muscle.
