    I have a female friend that had anorexia, she overtrained all the time by years.
    When finaly she started to feel sick, she went to doctor, then all we realized she had anorexia, she only stopped then. Friends and all her family supported her and she realized how important she is for everyone, it was her motivation to recover. But she had to be caught in the doctor visit, couldnt hide it anymore.

    I am in a helthy weight, but I want to build muscles, mainly to be strong when I get older, because when such age comes, I couldnt train as I can do now, I want to be independient and strong all of my life.

    Oh, yes I remember it, t was a big thing some years ago, really was fun. Even I remember a Super Mario version.

    To lose weight you would have to be regular on it. I never played it with such intention really.

    I would like to do it, not so much to burn calories, but to strengthen my legs, but I dont know if would be effective or would be overtraining

    I used to drinking it everyday from high school to college, usually with in the lunch. But when I started to work I realized I wanted a better life.
    I tried to drink some glasses of water instead, but it was not the recommended amount. I started to buy a 600 ml bottle of water daily, so I can get used to water.
    After sometime I bought a 1 lt thermo, and taked it to the work, I was not used to that amount of water, so I drank the half in the morning and the other half in the evening. One day the thermo was broken, I bought other bigger thermo, and I still use it. So now I rearely drink soda in familiar sundays, but I dont buy it for me anymore.

    I have always heard that they contain omega fats, also they are tasty, I like them.

    But if someone has some reliable source that can give us info about some cons of eating nuts, I wanna check it.

    Meat, eggs and milk.

    Sometimes I buy protein drinks, but not on a daily base.

    Also the way you cock the meat is importnat, I try to not to use too much fat or oil.

    Yes, in the workplace is harder, I used to buy cookies on a daily base. After some time my wife started to take fruit to her work and offered me the same, and that realy helped me with the sugar crave, cookie consumption lowered after some months and finally I left them with the help of fruit, I like not all the fruits, but I am used to them now.

    Anythin can be dangerous if you do it wrong, even walking. If you start at your own rythm and follow instructor advise you will be ok.

    Many people get injured by lifting even low weight because a bad posture.

    I just pick some sport shorts and some teeshirts, no particular brand
    I prefer certain Nike shoes, because they are really comfortable, but I do workout with other sport shoes too.

    Your friend is right. Eggs are a very complete meal, but best options are raw and hard.
    Fried eggs need some extra fat.

    Isnt easy, but after a time you will not feel the crave anymore, you will be indifferent to soda. I rarely drink it, I dont buy it anymore, but sometimes family offers one in family dinners, or sundays, I drink half a bottle or less.
