The best diet for losing fat is the same as the best diet for building muscle which is the same as the best diet for maintaining health and body weight

If you were competitive, you’d have better resources for information than strangers. So, don’t mess up your macronutrients by jacking up the protein just to cut fat. Here’s how you should be eating.

There’s no big secret to cutting. All you have to do is burn fat. I don’t know why bodybuilders think they have difference biological requirements than everyone else just because they have more muscle. Can i ask you what’s your body building nature ?

Don’t start dieting as yet…just be moderate and drink the white tea…do some exercises on the side…preferably 3 or 4 times a week only…do around 20 or 30 mins.

Green tea was the fab a few years ago, but something new has been discovered recently about the emerging “white tea” which makes it more desirable for weight loss.

Weight loss tea does work, in fact it is the ideal and safest way for SUSTAINED weight loss. It also has more health benefits than just weight loss.

planks will work everything, athough i tend to feel it mostly in my lower back. MOST of the workout is in the lower back area, and the abdomen, but there is some upper back work as well.

I think it was called scattered intensity cardio? It’s when you keep a minimal jogging speed the whole time, but periodically speed up to a sprint for 1 minute, then return to jogging speed and repeat.

Depends on the intensity. Everyday if is light workout and once every 2-3 days if is heavy. Best is to have many different types work out everyday to make sure all the abs muscles are used.

They removed squat racks in the gym for safety reason. And a gym without squat rack is not a gym. They provide pizzas and cookies at the end of every month. So you can get fat and pay them again.

The bowflex is more or less a cable weights system for the home, it does provide resistance which (when used correctly) will tear muscle fibers and cause you to gain size.

You could get P90X and take out the leg exercises and plyometrics. A lot of those workouts have good yoga, stretching, cardio burning workouts. Honestly P90X would be great! But you would have to modify for yourself and take anything out that would hurt your knee.
