    I haven’t tried any of those workout programs before, but I 100% think that combining them/mixing them up is a great idea. Should keep your body in excellent shape as it will never get used to one thing.

    I usually work out in the afternoon or evening, but that’s really because I am not a morning person haha. It takes me a while to wake up before I can really do intense exercise/lifting.

    I’ve been to Planet Fitness before. In my opinion, it is not as bad as everyone says it is. It’s just a gym catered towards people wanting to lose weight. They do not have free weights other than dumbbells (at least at the one I went to) but they do have plenty of machines, including smith machines for doing squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc.
