Improve Your Posture – 3 Easy Exercises!

Looking good is not only about expensive dresses but the body within. A good posture is retaining the balanced body which shapes strength and flexibility. Pertaining the regular exercise sessions can build up energy for the day and reduce muscle pain. Exercise tends to reduce muscle stress and align the muscles to develop the attractive posture. Incorporating exercise in the daily routine will outline the posture through the elimination of tight areas and imbalances.

If you want to improve the posture, we have devised the set of easy exercises, so you stand tall and impressive!

Child’s Pose

This pose will help heightening the hamstrings and spine while removing the stress from neck and back. To exercise this pose, sit on the shinbones with knees sitting together and the heels expanded on the outer side. Now, walk the hands in front of you and sink the hips downward toward the feet. Now, turn the head to one side and rest the arms along the body. Stay in this stature for five to ten minutes, keep the support under the thighs, and breathe deep.

Forward Fold

This pose tends to eliminate the tension from glutes and spine while stretching the legs and hips. When you get in the pose, you will feel the back lengthening. To adopt this pose, stand on the toes, bring the hands to the hips, and fold-forward at the hips. Stretch the body and release the hands towards the ground. Now, bend down and length up the spine. You will feel the head falling heavy (don’t worry about it) and stay in this posture for almost three minutes.

Cat Cow

This pose will massage and stretch the spine while releasing tension from the neck and shoulder. This pose promotes blood circulation and to adopt this pose, balances the body on knees and hands. Now, drop the abdomen towards ground and exhale to raise the spine towards ceiling. Place the chin into the chest and stay in the pose for one minute.

These poses, if maintained and exercised on daily basis, will ensure improvement in the posture!
